Movie poster design and merchandising mockup
The assignment was to make a modern movie look retro. I took Blade Runner 2049 and made it look like it was released in the late 70s/early 80s. To me, that meant a printed halftone look with a lot of aging and texture.
I thought this design would be conducive to merchandising.
